As part of the student recruitment process, you will want to inform students and parents about how to enroll in an online course with Instructional Services. Most of our partners use one of two options: a school/district enrollment website or counselor enrollment. If neither option works for your program, please contact your Partnership Advisor or our Admissions Team (email@example.com) to find an alternative solution.
School/District Enrollment Website
Edgenuity will create a personalized web page and link for your school/district to share with students and families. Here, students can view a list of all the courses available at their school. They then create a course enrollment request, which would be reviewed, revised as necessary, and approved by the school counselor or administrator.
Once approved, students will receive a welcome e-mail with log-in information in order to get started with their course(s).
Contact your PA to discuss how to set up this option.
Counselors (or administrators) can enroll students in courses via our Student Information System (SIS). Using the fields in the SIS, counselors can assign students to a particular school, confirm NCAA eligibility, create usernames and passwords, enter start/end dates, enroll students in courses, and more.
After a student has been enrolled in a course, the student will receive a welcome e-mail with log-in information in order to get started.
